For September 2024 we responded to 196 calls for service:
- 2 Fires/Explosions – 1 of which was a structure fire
- 151 Medical aid (EMS) calls, resulting in 119 patient transports
- 10 Motor vehicle crashes, resulting in 6 patient transports
- 7 Hazardous conditions
- 2 Service calls
- 5 Good intent calls
- 18 False calls/alarms (this includes smoke detector activations for an unknown cause)
- 1 Mutual aid response with the Plymouth County Technical Rescue Team for a confined space rescue
82% of our calls for service in September were for medical aid (EMS).
We received mutual aid from a bordering town 4 times and responded mutual aid 4 times.
We had to recall off duty members 10 times, 3 of which were full department recalls.
