Due to lower temperatures, higher humidity and the prior and forecasted future precipitation, the outdoor burning ban imposed on November 4, 2024 has been rescinded. Residents shall still use caution when burning in fire pits, chiminea’s, etc. A reminder that BURNING OF YARD DEBRIS IS PROHIBITED, except from January 15 – May 1 of each year, which is regulated by Mass DEP and requires a permit from the fire department.
